At Boulevard, our monthly specials celebrate the best of the season.
This month, enjoy the rich, earthy flavours of our Roast Fennel, Caramelised Onion & Goats Cheese Tart, balanced with wild rocket and a drizzle of aged balsamic. For something heartier, our Grilled Pork Tenderloin is paired with caramelised shallot and apple, tender kale, apple purée, and finished with a Dijon mustard & cider jus.
To elevate the experience, we recommend a glass of La Lisse Soie d’Ivoire Chenin Blanc from the Haute Vallée de L’Aude, France; a bright and aromatic wine that pairs beautifully with both dishes.
